    Our Mission

     By embracing physical fitness, pushing beyond mental and physical limits, and engaging in uplifting conversations, we will build a healthier and stronger community. 

    Who We Are

     Go Fit was created by Anthony Byrd, a former Recon Marine, government contractor, and  local fitness enthusiast. With experience in running trail marathons, ultra-marathons, and powerlifting, he embodies the "hybrid athlete" training regime. Throughout his fitness and military career, Anthony has mastered the art of pushing through mental and physical exhaustion to achieve his goals. 

    It is our duty as men and women to proceed as though the limits of our abilities do not exist.
